Light in the Midst of War: Bringing Hope to Myanmar
At the border of Thailand and Myanmar, our team took a boat across the river and then a 1.5-hour truck ride to reach a village of Burmese people, joined by two others. Their overnight trip was meaningful as they shared food, games, and testimonies with the precious families.
In a war-torn country for the past five years, these people have faced severe hardships, including loss of freedom and lives due to military control, leaving many children orphaned and others fleeing to Thailand. They needed to hear the Gospel and the hope Jesus Christ offers.
